Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. Metro cities typically receive orders faster.

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,099 across India. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the saree is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

An unboxing video is required for all return or damage claims — please record this at the time of delivery before removing any packaging.

We do not offer exchanges for a different colour or weave based on personal preference. Exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective, and are handled on a case-by-case basis subject to stock availability.

Each product page clearly states the fabric, weave, and print type, so you always know exactly what you're getting. Handwoven pieces carry a certificate of authenticity where applicable.
