Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,099 across India. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the saree is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

An unboxing video is required for all return or damage claims — please record this at the time of delivery before removing any packaging.
